Kathmandu, Sept 4: Two employees trapped inside the tunnel of the Trishuli-3 ‘A’ Hydropower Project following the Bhotekoshi flood have been rescued alive today.
According to the Nepali Army spokesperson Rajaram Basnet, the rescued individuals are Sanjay Sah and Kabir Maharjan. A team led by the Army rescued them alive after ten days.
Spokesperson Basnet informed that both rescued individuals are currently undergoing health examinations.
Who are Sanjaya Sah and Kabir Maharjan?
Sanjaya Sah is a 30 years old foreman, mechanical working in Upper Trishuli 3 A HEP and he is originally from Koiladi-8, Saptari.
Similarly, Kabir Maharjan is a 45 years old mechanical supervisor originally from Balkumari 3, Kathmandu.
